About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Process Automation Developer who is eager to learn, grow, and build a strong foundation in automation technologies.
Process Automation in our context includes:
Traditional Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for structured, rule-based, and logical processes
AI-enabled automation for handling and interpreting unstructured data (e.g. document classification, data extraction, text interpretation as part of automation workflows and using LLMs to support the processes)
In this role, you will work on data-intensive and logic-driven processes, where information from multiple sources must be collected, structured, validated, and processed automatically to support reliable and efficient business operations. You will contribute across the full automation lifecycle, from development and testing to monitoring and maintenance, while collaborating closely with developers and business stakeholders.
