Dev Manager - India

Overview The Development Manager leads and empowers a team of front-end and back-end engineers, serving as the operational and people leadership backbone of the engineering department.

This role bridges hands-on team management with cross-functional collaboration, owning the health of engineering processes, tooling, and talent while ensuring engineers are set up to deliver high-quality work across complex eCommerce engagements.

The Development Manager partners closely with the Engineering Director to scale the department, drive continuous improvement, and represent the needs of the engineering team across the broader organization.

They are a player-coach who leads by example, fostering a culture of accountability, curiosity, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
