Detail Manager

The Detail Manager at The Mason Automotive Group in Lugoff, SC will lead and inspire our detailing team to deliver exceptional results.
This role requires a hands-on leader who fosters a motivated and positive work environment, demonstrating craftsmanship and pride in every vehicle detailed.
The successful candidate will oversee the pre-delivery inspection (PDI) process, help clean and maintain vehicles on the lot, and ensure the detailing area remains respectable and orderly at all times.
Adaptability to detail and clean vehicles in varying weather conditions is essential.
