Position: Despatch Supervisor 
Contract Type: Permanent – 40 hours
Location: Ryton
Shift: Mon - Fri 19:30 - 04:00

What you’ll do:
A key supervisory role within the National Hub Control Room and Linehaul Driver Group. Reporting directly to the Duty Process Manager the Supervisor will support the management of the teams’ workflow through the assignment of tasks, monitoring results against KPI’s and producing management reports. 
Key Role Responsibilities:
With a strong focus on providing high standards of service to both external and internal customers, responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
Delivery of essential communications regarding team performance and review via PD board sessions and one to one discussion. 
Compliance with new employee inductions and training.
