About The Role
ARC (The Australian Reinforcing Company) is seeking an experienced and motivated Despatch Officer to join our dynamic team at Helensvale. This role sits at the heart of our operations, connecting production, transport, and customer service to ensure our customers receive their orders safely, on time and in full.
With strong team retention, deep industry expertise, and a collaborative work culture, you’ll be well-supported from day one. You’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the delivery of up to 100+ tonnes of steel products daily. You’ll also support customer service functions, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to safety, reliability and customer satisfaction.
This role works Monday to Friday on a day shift basis, working 6:00 am – 2:00 pm
