Synergie Australia is seeking an experienced Despatch / Load Planner for our client in Smithfield.  

The important parts:

• Ongoing – Monday – Friday – Day shift
• Immediate start
• Great locations & facilities - $37 + per hour

What you will be required to do:

• Liaising with transport carriers and drivers
• Booking delivery and pick up time slots
• Planning, monitoring and tracking loads
• Managing truck movements throughout the day
• Processing despatch and transport documentation
• Ensuring schedules are met and issues are resolved quickly
