Job Description
Job Summary:
Provide onsite desktop and field support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Install, diagnose, maintain, and service desktops, laptops, printers, network devices, and low-end servers at customer locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and network devices Perform hardware repairs, disk replacements, re-imaging, and software installations Support legacy systems and enterprise storage products Handle installs, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC) Test and certify systems and approved applications Ensure SLA compliance and update tickets in the ticketing system Escalate complex issues as needed Maintain high professionalism and customer satisfaction
