Job Description

Job Summary:
 

Provide onsite desktop and field support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Install, diagnose, maintain, and service desktops, laptops, printers, network devices, and low-end servers at customer locations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and network devices
  • Perform hardware repairs, disk replacements, re-imaging, and software installations
  • Support legacy systems and enterprise storage products
  • Handle installs, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC)
  • Test and certify systems and approved applications
  • Ensure SLA compliance and update tickets in the ticketing system
  • Escalate complex issues as needed
  • Maintain high professionalism and customer satisfaction
