Desktop Support Technician

**this is a long-term contract role that is a 6 month rolling contract (work is good through 2028) that sits onsite 5x a week in Windsor Locks, CT. Candidates need prior hardware and O365 support experience.**
Top Skills' Details
- Windows 10 Troubleshooting and basic end client network support skills- Primarily W10
-Hardware support for Peripheral devices (printers, mouses, monitors, etc.) Software Support (MS Office 365, Adobe Creative Suite, Outlook, etc.)
-Customer Service highly important in this role.
Must have setup & support experience for mobile devices (email/cloud/settings setup)
