Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
⚠ Important Availability Requirement
While this is a weekend position, candidates must be flexible and available to pick up weekday shifts as needed for operational coverage. Because of this requirement, candidates should not have another job or recurring commitment that would prevent them from working weekdays when requested.
Required Skills

+ Minimum 6+ months of hands-on desktop support experience in a professional work environment supporting end users

+ Windows 10/11 support and troubleshooting

+ Microsoft 365 installation and support

+ Basic hardware and network troubleshooting

+ Knowledge of TCP/IP, Ethernet, and Microsoft products

+ ServiceNow or other ITSM experience

+ Printer support

+ Strong customer service and communication skills

+ Cable management and workstation setup experience
