Position: Desktop Support Technician (Multiple Openings)
Location: National Harbor (Oxon Hill, MD)
Duration: 3- 6 Month Contract to Hire
PAY RATE: $30/hr. à 60-65K Conversion, possible flex
MUST HAVE:
Ability to Obtain a DHS Public Trust (Heavy Criminal and Financial Check)
Bachelors & 6yrs OR Associates & 9yrs OR 12yrs if no degree (NO FLEX)
Solid Tier 2 Desktop Support - installing, troubleshooting, and configurating, Windows 10/11 Support, etc
Experience with ServiceNow and/or Remedy 
Responsibilities: ​
Provide Tier 2 deskside support to FEMA HQ employees
Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and configure FEMA-approved COTS and GOTS...
