We are seeking a knowledgeable Desktop Support Technician with a strong customer service focus to support users in the Frankfort area and surrounding counties. This role involves both remote and on-site support, requiring excellent communication skills alongside solid technical expertise.
The ideal candidate must hold a valid driver’s license and be comfortable traveling locally, lifting and carrying equipment, and working in physically demanding environments when needed.
Key Responsibilities

+ Provide technical support to end users in both remote and in-person settings

+ Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair desktop hardware and software in a Windows-based environment
