Job Overview

We are looking for freelance EUC L1 / Smart Hands Support Engineers to provide OnDemand onsite IT support for customer location. This is a ticket-based and dispatch support role, ideal for independent IT field engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite Smart Hands and L1 EUC support.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Perform hardware installation, replacement, and basic break/fix activities.
• Assist with network connectivity and basic cabling tasks.
• Provide remote hands support for senior technical teams.
• Update tickets, document work performed and share site reports/photos when required.
• Coordinate with remote support teams and follow project SOPs.
