Desktop Support / EUC Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support / EUC Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in SCCM, Windows environments, and enterprise end-user support.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain client computer systems
• Respond to and resolve IT support requests (hardware, software, networking)
• Provide on-site and remote technical support
• Perform OS installations, upgrades, and software deployments
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and system issues
• Handle IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change) for devices and printers
• Manage loaner devices and peripheral inventory
• Set up desk phones and provide user guidance
• Support L2/L3 teams with on-site touch services
• Install/de-install Audio-Visual equipment in conference rooms
• Conduct site surveys before major activities
