Desktop Support Engineer/Endpoint Engineer

**Description**

Tyto Athene is searching for two **Desktop Support Engineers/Endpoint Administrators** to support a customer based in Washington, DC.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Resolve Tier I and Tier II Help Desk tickets
+ Desktop/laptop deployment and imaging
+ Windows & macOS support
+ Software installation and troubleshooting
+ Hardware replacement
+ Mobile device support
+ Active Directory / Entra ID administration
+ MFA and identity troubleshooting
+ Conference room technology support
+ Asset management
+ Knowledge base updates
+ SOP creation
+ Customer support and ticket management
+ Coordinate with Networking, Cloud, Engineering, and Cybersecurity teams
+ Engineers will spend nearly half their time on engineering initiatives, including:
+ Endpoint automation
+ PowerShell scripting
+ Endpoint imaging improvements
+ Patch management
+ Vulnerability remediation
+ Endpoint modernization
