Job Overview

Work from the customer's location in Montreal from day one, fully on‑site, handling Windows 10 & 11 administration, image management, and deployment tasks.

Job Requirements

• 100% WFO support on Windows 10 and Windows 11.
• Expertise with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) components.
• Experience with Operating System Deployment (OSD/MDT).
• Software distribution and hardware/software inventory management.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow ITSM, Incident Management, and ITIL concepts.
• MS Office support and remote support experience.
• Experience managing iOS, Windows, and Android devices across a global environment.
• Knowledge of vulnerability management and antivirus solutions.
• Strong mobile device management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skil...
