We’re seeking a knowledgeable technician with a high aptitude for customer service. Candidates must have minimum 1-2yrs experience in Desktop Support or similar role. Experience must include installation, troubleshooting, and repair of devices in a windows-based environment. Along with desktop duties selected candidate may be required to assist with security cameras, servers, and network switches. This position will provide desktop support for approx. 210 devices & support DOC staff within the Correctional Complex, but will also interact or be among prison inmates as they are used for work detail, etc. Qualified candidates must maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to lift and carry heavy objects or work in uncomfortable positions for extended periods of time.
