Overview

The Desktop Engineering Audit & Policy Engineer supports ISS’ global IT Services team by monitoring, documenting, and improving desktop engineering processes. The role includes policy compliance, software audits, technical troubleshooting, and occasional 3rd‑level global support across US, EMEA, and APAC. The ideal candidate is an independent thinker with strong communication skills, technical depth, and a passion for process improvement.
Responsibilities
Conduct software and process audits; maintain accurate documentation.
Support Windows 11 deployments, application packaging, patching, and imaging.
Build reports on deployment success rates through PowerBI.
Build operating dashboards on software and patch deployment
Ensure desktops meet security standards, remain patched, and follow IT policies.
