Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide on-site, walk-up, and white‑glove IT support for C-level executives, traders, and other VIP stakeholders
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues on desktops, laptops (Dell, HP, Apple), and peripherals (printers, docking stations, monitors)
• Provide software support for Microsoft 365 applications, corporate applications, and proprietary trading platforms
• Perform hands‑on hardware fixes, including component replacement (RAM, SSD, keyboards, screens)
• Set up and configure workstations for new joiners and executive moves
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and manage loaner device pool for VIPs
• Escalate complex issues to L3 support with detailed documentation
