Job Description

The Role
Designer at Superdry will be responsible for creating and developing innovative, consumer-focused products in line with CEO’s vision. They will play a key role in driving product development forward, ensuring designs are market-aware, commercially relevant, and aligned to brand direction. Collaborating cross functionally to deliver cohesive, high-quality ranges that balance creativity, functionality, and sustainability in a fast paced, agile environment. This role is 4 days a week in office.
You Will
Work closely with the CEO and Design Manager to develop innovative products that strengthen brand relevance and create customer excitement.
Manage the end-to-end delivery of styles from concept through to launch, ensuring design integrity and commercial objectives are achieved.
