Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare layout plans, mood boards, and design presentations
• Develop office interior concepts as per client requirements
• Coordinate with project, execution, and MEP teams
• Prepare detailed working drawings and BOQs
• Ensure designs are practical, functional, and aligned with timelines
• Visit sites for measurements and execution coordination
• Work closely with vendors and stakeholders during project execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design/Architecture
• 3–12 years of experience in office fit-out/interior projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and rendering software
• Good understanding of materials, furniture, and execution detailing
• Strong communication and coordination skills
