Designer, Global UXUI Experience Design

JOB SUMMARY:

The Designer, UXUI role will be a core member of the Global UXUI Experience Design team at Universal Destinations & Experiences, working with a cross functional team focused on identifying opportunities to enhance customer engagement by executing an elegant and seamless experience. Key member in creating opportunities for revenue growth through design executions, measuring demand and loyalty marketing across the customer buying process. Executes, participates or leads the entire process from inception to execution while working collaboratively with a cross functional team.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:


+ Support the holistic view of the product across integration (customer and technical) points to provide a superior, seamless experience from daily improvements to longer-term strategies. Strong domain knowledge in marketing, analysis, personalization and/or engagement across digital channels.
