Job Description

About: The Morningstar DBRS Editorial and Publishing team is looking for a Designer in its Mumbai office to help with the design and production of rating reports, research, and other publications. The work will be PC based and will require advanced knowledge of the Adobe suite and Microsoft Office.
This position requires exceptional attention to detail, high technical proficiency, a can-do attitude, strong communication skills, creativity, and conceptual thinking.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with analysts and editors (in-person and remotely), laying out and formatting documents for publication.
Conduct creative workshops and training seminars for analysts and editors to help inform the direction of publishing initiatives and workflows. Discuss and clarify production, formatting, and proofing requirements; ensure projects are completed on time.
