Designer – Architectural Related

Roles& Responsibilities Design lead for assigned projects related to Architectural scopes of work Work closely with project and sales team to provide concepts and shop-drawings development Interprets technical specifications against design requirements Creates and maintains design documentation to support the engineering lifecycle. Applies relevant design principles and tools to contribute to project goals. Manages design resources and workflows to meet project timelines and quality expectations. REQUIREMENTS Creative and Independent on job Strong in English Communication in both verbal and written Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Ability to visualize and sketch design concepts At least 2 years of working experience in construction preferred. Knowledge in building codes/structural design is an advantage
