Design Structures Approver

Our client has an opportunity for a Design Structures Approver to join them on a contract basis until the end of 2026. You will be responsible for leading design investigations and formulating technical solutions for a range of tasks.

Role Details

Role: Design Structures Approver

Location: Broughton, Flintshire. Fully onsite

Hours: 35 per week

Hourly Rate: £44-£50 per hour via umbrella, inside IR35

Clearance: BPSS required to start

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead, guide and approve design solutions for a range of tasks, including (but not restricted to) Major/Minor Design Modifications, Design Query Notes (work's query notes).
• Provide technical leadership and continued mentoring to the engineering team, assisting the development of team members, identifying skill gaps and driving plans to close the gaps.
