Design Review Team Lead (Saltillo)

• Conduct supportive and efficient Design Reviews which includes performing evaluations of designs at various stages of development before required meetings and compose action items accordingly.
• Attend all required meetings.
• Provide design solutions as necessary.
• Review tolerance analysis.
• Review prints and approve Engineering Change Orders.
• Escalate major design concerns.
• Support and assist Product Engineers through the various gates of the Design Review Process.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the Design Review Process and associated tracking tools.
• Evaluate Engineerign Chane Orders (ECOs) for Design Review Team approvals.
• Support/assist Team Members/Product Engineers when necessary.
