Design Project Manager

**Position Summary**

Provide leadership to the project team upon award of a contract including managing all aspects of a project’s design with Owners, Engineers, and Architects as required. Requires necessary financial and risk management reporting to internal management and the necessary business acuity to protect Southland Engineering’s interests while maintaining positive client relationships.

**Client and Contract**

+ Develop and maintain continuous positive relationships with internal and external Clients and their representatives.
+ Maintain a thorough understanding of the Owner contract and client Master Service Agreements
+ Accountable for managing the overall execution of the Contract
+ Closely monitors scope changes. Communicates impact of changes (costs, schedule) to client in a timely manner.
