Job Description

Great opportunity to join CMDP+ on Southern Water's AMP8 framework, delivering major upgrades across water & wastewater infrastructure (treatment works, pumping stations, reservoirs).

This is a project-focused Design Manager role, responsible for leading multidisciplinary design teams and delivering engineering solutions from concept and optioneering through to detailed design and construction support.

Key responsibilities:
Leading and managing MEICA design teams across projects/framework schemes

Ensuring designs are delivered on time, within budget, and technically compliant

Driving safe, sustainable, and buildable solutions

Managing design budgets, changes, and performance

Collaborating closely with clients, construction teams, and supply chain

Overseeing governance, CDM compliance, and design quality
