We are currently recruiting for an experienced Design Manager to join a Tier 1 main contractor on a school project based in Harlow.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term contract with a highly reputable contractor delivering a key education scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the design process from pre-construction through delivery

* Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams

* Ensure all design information is compliant, on programme, and aligned with project requirements

* Drive design solutions that support buildability, cost efficiency, and programme targets

* Attend and lead design team meetings, reporting to senior project stakeholders
