Design Manager

Support design strategy aligned to business goals by preparing design briefs, schedules, and ensuring compliance with architectural/planning policies and authority requirements.

Source, evaluate, and coordinate the appointment of consultants/contractors; liaise with authorities to secure required approvals.

Lead design delivery across the full project lifecycle (brief → concept → schematic → tender → construction → handover), ensuring quality, timeline adherence, design audits, and on-site compliance; make timely design adjustments when needed.

Ensure projects achieve high standards in concept, master planning, building/interior design, and site supervision, consistent with brand strategy and customer value proposition.
