Design Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead project technical coordination and design compliance
• Manage consultant teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Oversee project cost, schedule, and reporting
• Support innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Align designs with company standards and industry best practices

Requirements

• 3–10 years of mission-critical building delivery experience
• Strong background in CSA/MEPH disciplines (data centre design preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Architecture (Chartered status is a plus)
• Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
