Design Manager (Data Centers)

AECOM Enterprise Capabilities is seeking a talented and experienced Design Manager - Data Centers to be based in Bogotá, Colombia office. The qualified candidate will oversee a wide variety of colocation and hyper-scale data center projects from site due diligence, campus planning, conceptual/schematic/detailed design through construction documents, and construction administration.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Identify, onboard, and offboard design resources in coordination with department leadership (as needed to support project execution)
• Lead data center core and shell due diligence and design projects (including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, security, and fire protection for greenfield and add/move/change projects) from start to finish, ensuring budget/schedule adherence, satisfaction of design requirem...
