Design Management Officer

The Design Management Officer plays a pivotal role in supporting construction, renovation and fit‑out projects by supporting project management and creating precise technical designs ensuring project accuracy. This position requires project management experience and proficiency in CAD software, project management skills, and a working knowledge of FirePro systems and MEPFS (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Safety).

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with architects and engineers to gather and interpret structural and product requirements.

Conduct site validations and inspections, preparing detailed reports and complete electrical and MEPFS drawings.

Calculate dimensions, material requirements, and weight limitations to ensure design accuracy.

Develop detailed technical designs using CAD software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and REVIT.

Create diagrams, maps, and layouts to visualize project workflows and concepts.
