1. Mechanical Modeling & Systems Delivery Oversee and execute high-precision BIM modeling for HVAC (ducting and piping), plumbing, fire protection, and plant piping systems. Translate mechanical equipment schedules, P&IDs, and schematic designs into data-rich, parametric 3D models and synchronized fabrication/spool drawings. Select, configure, and manage intelligent mechanical component families, ensuring accurate dimensional properties and embedded engineering data. 2. Mentorship & Quality Engineering Serve as the primary technical anchor and mentor for mechanical modelers and junior designers, fostering a culture of technical rigor. Establish stringent internal peer-review mechanisms to audits models for engineering logic, serviceability, and maintenance clearance.
