We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Design & Estimation Expert responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, technical designs, and project documentation. The role involves analyzing drawings, BOQs, specifications, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, rate analysis, and tender documents.

• Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.

• Develop preliminary and detailed designs as per project requirements.

• Evaluate vendor quotations and subcontractor bids.

• Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams for cost control.

• Prepare variation statements and track project cost deviations.
