Design Engineer

We are seeking a Design Engineer for a role north of Nashville. This role will be doing design for sheet metal fabrication.
Key Responsibilities

+ Collaborate with engineering teams to design, develop, and launch new products

+ Support the continuous improvement and maintenance of existing products

+ Assist production with troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues

+ Work with service teams to diagnose and resolve field issues

+ Provide technical support to Sales and Customer Service teams

+ Create and maintain CAD models, drawings, and engineering documentation

+ Manage product data including BOMs, routings, and change documentation

+ Coordinate with third-party contractors as needed

+ Ensure products meet industry standards and compliance requirements

+ Research opportunities for design improvements, cost reductions, and new technologies
