The Design Engineer will design and develop permanent magnet servo and stepper motors, enhancing existing products and contributing to new product development initiatives. This role collaborates closely with engineering and product teams to support strategic plans and product road maps while continuously growing technical skills through ongoing training and development opportunities.
Responsibilities

+ Design and develop permanent magnet servo and stepper motors, including both exterior and interior permanent magnet configurations.

+ Improve and refine existing motor designs across all product categories to enhance performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
