Design Engineer

Responsibilities:

• To translate design concepts into manufacturing reality.
• To translate design drawings into engineering drawings.
• Provide technical advice and guidance to production personnel to resolve any production technical difficulty.
• To consult and propose material design and manufacturing process in order to achieve value engineering and production efficiency target.
• To generate engineering BOM.
• Support customer - changes in design, sales team and production/site operation team.
• To create design drawing details and systems for fabrication and installation.
• To file drawings for documentation control.
• To provide product costing for tender submission.

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.

· Required skill(s): Solidwork, Auto Cad, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, 3D software (Sketchup, 3D Max, etc)
