• Deliver Design Engineering products that drive safety, ergonomics, quality, and productivity based on Design Manuals and best engineering practices for aircraft components.
• Understand materials and their properties to ensure designs meet safety and performance standards.
• Support Operations and Manufacturing Processes to ensure compliance with engineering standards.
• Take responsibility for RCCA to solve problems and suggest corrective actions for quality internal and external issues.
• Apply creativity to develop innovative solutions and optimize designs for performance and efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Mechatronics, or Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent) with 1+ years of professional experience in product design and development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
