Job Responsibilities:
Prepare high-quality Structural designs, ensuring they meet both quality standards and project timelines.
Perform detailed design analysis and calculations in line with project specifications.
Follow established design guidelines, procedures, and industry best practices.
Estimate construction costs and material requirements based on detailed designs
Utilize the latest software and technologies to create efficient and innovative designs.
Provide technical support and guidance to senior design team members as needed.
Proficient in structural analysis and design for Low, mid-rise, and high-rise buildings in healthcare, residential, offices, hospitality, entertainment. from Pre-concept design to IFC stage.
Skilled in reviewing and guiding the preparation of structural drawings
