Engineering:

• Provide technical assistance on various projects and tasks as directed by management.
• Oversee engineering projects and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Communicate and collaborate with production department heads to continuously improve production processes.
• Utilize SolidWorks and AutoCAD software to create precise technical designs and drawings.

Production & Design:

• Conceptualize, design, and develop metal and poly panel products and components, ensuring compliance with standards and cost-effectiveness.
• Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings and models using CAD software.
• Use CAD/CAM software, including Fabrication CAMduct, to develop design models and generate CNC toolpaths.
• Design component layouts using Polyplan software.
• Manage design requirements across all Australian states (South Australia, Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales, Western Australia).
