Additive Flight Solutions Pte Ltd is Singapore-based EASA approved Aerospace Production organisation. Our mission is to be in the forefront of the Commercial Aerospace Aftermarket supply chain transformation with Additive Manufacturing and heat/chemical resistant PEEK, PEI, TPU thermoplastics. We are building DIGITAL INVETORY of tools for various Aircraft component repair and overhaul applications. Most MROs (Part 145) are having challenges and bottlenecks with scaling Shop‑floor repair tooling, hardmasking, jigs and fixtures. AFS is on a Mission to design and develop rapid tooling applications in Singapore and Globally.

AFS is part of a Global Aerospace AM Group (AM Craft) with Production facilities in Dubai, Europe, and network in USA, and growing. We fabricate and supply Cabin parts to multiple OEMs, MROs and Airlines globally, and work with RTX, PW, RR, Safran and others. AFS Singapore team is yet small (<5 pax.) and growing.
