Job Summary

The Design Coordinator supports the Design Manager in coordinating design activities across the project, ensuring design information is delivered on time, meets project requirements, and is communicated effectively to construction and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and delivery of design information throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor design progress against programme requirements and highlight potential delays or issues.
• Liaise with designers, engineers, construction teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Assist in managing design interfaces between disciplines and work packages.
• Coordinate design reviews, workshops, and meetings, recording actions and ensuring they are closed out.
• Support the management of design changes and ensure relevant records are maintained.
