Design Coordinator ( Architect / Draftsman)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop and refine design concepts.
• Produce accurate and detailed architectural drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Coordinate with various project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and other consultants, to ensure design integrity and project compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of construction documents, detailing specifications, and materials analysis.
• Review and understand building codes and incorporate them into design and planning.
• Manage multiple projects and timelines effectively to meet deadlines and project milestones.
• Provide technical support during the construction phase to address design-related issues.
• Conduct site visits as necessary to ensure the accuracy of architectural plans with actual site conditions.
