• Develop and implement BIM Execution Plan (BEP) .
• Set BIM protocols, workflows, and modeling standards.
• Manage model development across all project phases.
• Lead coordination meetings and clash detection using tools like Navisworks and Revizto.
• Integrate subcontractor models into the federated model.
• Oversee 3D/4D/5D model accuracy, LOD, and data integrity.
• Support construction with QTOs, 4D sequencing, and progress tracking.
• Link models to QA/QC and commissioning data.
• Deliver COBie, as-built models, and digital twins for handover.
• Support integration with CAFM/CMMS systems.
• Mentor BIM teams and promote digital innovation.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
