Job Description
Job Purpose:
Design modular houses including 3D’s, shop drawings and BOQ’s. Procure all materials and subcontractors for the site.
Job Duties:
Use AutoCAD, sketchup or revit and 3Dmax to design and render prefabricated concrete houses of different styles and sizes.
Develop execution and shop drawings for the houses.
Extract the bill of quantity and prepare the subcontractor packages.
Quote and compare the subcontractor offers.
Coordinate with the client for the design, construction schedule and any contractual issue.
Prepare drawings and quotations for new houses and provide technical support for the sales team.
Requirements
Be able to render in 3D.
Excel knowledge to prepare a BOQ
People's skills to negotiate with subcontractors.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture and enrolled in the OEA.
