Design And Development Engineer

This position has responsibility for the development and design of sealing systems for new and existing seal products for building sector.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Design solutions for new products development within the given framework of all on site development activities.
• Provide expert assistance on thermoplastic extrusion. This includes to promote the technology and performing specific project responsibilities.
• Lead trials, mainly in extrusion, in support of customers and internal development works, creating prototypes, analysing test data and document results in test reports.
• Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of innovation initiatives and product development process.
• Act as project leader on new product development collaborating with cross-functional teams and following new product development from concept to production release.
