Derrickhand with Class 1 Licence Needed

Advance your drilling career at Komat Drilling as a Derrickhand. This role focuses on drilling fluid management and equipment upkeep in a challenging work environment.
As a Derrickhand, your key duties will include maintaining drilling fluids and assisting the Driller in operations. A strong mechanical aptitude and prior experience as a Floorhand or Motorhand are necessary. You must possess a current Class 1 licence and be prepared to work in physically demanding settings, available for both day and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and monitor drilling fluid circulation effectively
• Execute preventative maintenance on all drilling equipment
• Carry out necessary inspections of the derrick and pumps
• Contribute to rig setup, teardown, and relocation
• Provide training and support to junior crew members
