CHA provides innovative primary, specialty and emergency care to our diverse patient population through an established network of outpatient clinics and two full service hospitals.

Responsibilities:

• Full-time or part-time opportunity to join our well-established practice of 3 MDs and 2 PAs in a collaborative, team-based environment

• Provide exceptional outpatient care to our adult population
