Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot user and infrastructure issues
• Incident resolution, and documentation
• Perform basic cloud administration tasks (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Monitor and support CI/CD pipelines and services
• Collaborate with senior engineers on automation tasks

Requirements

• Basic scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash/Python)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tooling (GitHub, Jenkins, Bitbucket)
