• Evaluate information from multiple sources, resolve conflicting inputs, and differentiate between user requests and the underlying business needs.
• Analyse and document current (as-is) and future (to-be) business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project artefacts, including business cases, process flow diagrams, and requirements traceability matrices.
